About this file
This is a pricing exhibit (Exhibit C) for a competitive solicitation for Debt Collection Services established by the State of Washington to provide agencies and other eligible public entities access to qualified debt collection vendors. The solicitation seeks to establish a pool of vendors capable of delivering appropriate collection methods along with necessary systems, resources, and support to meet state needs. The specific details regarding quantities, response dates, bidders' meetings, and contract terms would be outlined in the main solicitation documents, with this exhibit focusing specifically on the pricing structure and financial proposal components that vendors must submit.
The pricing exhibit establishes the financial framework and submission requirements for vendor proposals in response to the Debt Collection Services solicitation. This document provides the standardized pricing template and cost structure that all bidders must follow when submitting their proposals, ensuring consistent evaluation of pricing across all competing vendors. The exhibit specifies how vendors should present their fees, rates, and cost structures for the collection services being offered, which allows the State of Washington and participating entities to compare financial proposals on an equitable basis and make informed purchasing decisions based on both capability and cost-effectiveness.
