About this file
This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for generator maintenance services at a U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) facility in Stoneville, Mississippi.
The SOW outlines the contractor requirements for performing 11 monthly inspections and services, as well as one annual inspection, service, and load bank test on a CAT generator. The contractor will be responsible for visual inspections, battery maintenance, fluid level checks, and various other maintenance tasks. The annual service will include additional activities such as oil and filter changes, fuel filter replacement, and a 2-hour load bank test. All waste materials will become the property of the contractor. The contract deliverables include monthly inspection reports and an annual evaluation report. The contract period is from the award date through April 30, 2024.
The related federal contract opportunity is a sole source notice for the generator maintenance services, as the USDA has determined that Thompson Machinery Commerce Corporation is the only responsible source capable of providing the required services. Interested parties may respond by June 17, 2024 to potentially compete for the contract award.
