Questions/Responses(2) National Responsible Fatherhood Clearinghouse (NFRC) Services
RFP: 11‐233‐SOL‐00430
17. Please advise regarding the requirements of the contract and planning for events and conferences:
• How many breakout rooms are required?
• Is expected attendance at each meeting 500? Is this inclusive of presenters and federal staff? If not what are the expected numbers of federal staff and presenters?
• How many consultant speakers/presenter will be paid for under the contract at each regional event? Is this included in the consultant fees above?
• Will the contractor be responsible for coordinating sleeping rooms/lodging?
• Will the contractor be expected to maintain a pre‐registration site for the grantees as well as on‐site registration?
• Will the contractor be expected to coordinate, edit, or copy presentations and meeting materials from presenters/consultants?
The offeror will not provide logistics for the five roundtables or any other TA events.
The offeror should anticipate participating in the design of the roundtables if needed, attending, facilitating and possibly presenting at the roundtables, Annual Grantee Meetings, and any other TA events.
The solicitation is amended to delete the last two sentences from task 4.5. Task 4.5 is amended to read:
The Contractor will support up to five Responsible Fatherhood events coordinated by the federal government with grantees, other programs and fathers at various locations around the country. The events will last one and ½ days. For budgeting purposes, there will be one meeting in Northeast, Southeast, Midwest, Northwest and the Southwest regions.
18. Since you are anticipating a cost reimbursement type contract, we want to know if a flat fee for the contractor's services will be allowable?
A flat fee for the contractor's services is allowable.
