About this file
This document outlines requirements for botanical survey services. The contractor will be required to conduct botanical surveys on the Walla Walla Ranger District of the Umatilla National Forest to determine the presence or absence of target vascular and invasive plant species listed in the attachments. Surveys must be completed within proposed vegetation management units and along adjacent roads from May 1, 2024 through September 30, 2026. All documentation must be submitted by September 30, 2026. Surveys will follow written protocols specified in the technical requirements, which include documenting locations and populations of target species and providing an ecological description of survey areas.
