INVITATION FOR BIDS
Cooperative Cost-Per-Image Agreement for Copying and Printing Services For Forest Municipal School District Vendors:
The Forest Municipal School District (each a “District” and collectively the “District”) is soliciting bids for certain managed print services pursuant to a “Cost- per-Image” Agreement for Copying and Printing Services. PH Bidding Group is acting as the bidding coordinator (the “Bidding Coordinator”) for the District.
Unpriced proposals for pre-qualification will be received by Electronic Bid Process administered by PH Bidding Group on May 21, 2024, at 10:00 AM CST. Vendors meeting the requirements detailed in the bid package will be invited to participate in the Reverse Bid process on May 24, 2024, at 10:00 AM CST, at which time bidding will begin and run until potential vendors have completed entering all bids. Thereafter, bids will be taken under advisement and an award will result after careful consideration of all scoring categories.
A complete bid package which contains bid instructions, specifications and requirements may be downloaded at no charge by visiting www.forestschoolsbids.com.
Registration with PH Bidding Group and the acceptance of the PH Bidding Group Platform Agreement is not optional and is required to participate in this bidding event. No exceptions. Questions regarding registration can be directed to cory@phbidding.com or by calling 662-407-0195.
Specification and requirement responses other than price must be submitted for this bid event electronically in PDF format only and are due on May 21, 2024, at 10:00 AM CST. These PDF responses are to be submitted electronically to www.forestschoolsbids.com.
Do not include pricing information with your specification and requirement responses. Pricing will only be taken online through the Reverse Bid on May 24, 2024, at 10:00 AM CST.
No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of 45 days without the written consent of FMSD. Within the limitations of Mississippi State Purchasing Laws, FMSD reserves the right to reject any or all bids received, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received, or to accept any bid which is deemed the most favorable offering.
Revisions:
The District will be the sole determinants of whether any revisions/addenda should be issued as a result of any question or other matters, and may extend the bid deadline, if in the District’s judgment such information significantly amends this solicitation or makes compliance with the original proposed due date impractical. An evaluation of the bids will be conducted after the close of the Electronic Bid Process and submitted to the School District’s Board of Education for approval when the evaluations are complete. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids received for any reason, to waive any bid informality and to negotiate further with any bidder.
If it becomes necessary to revise any part of this Invitation for Bid (IFB), specifications and related documents prior to the assigned return date, the Bidding Coordinator will send the revision via email to all parties to whom the Bidding Agent has sent the IFB and related documents. Vendors must adhere to the due date for IFB Questions listed on the IFB Schedule of Events.
Sincerely, Jeff Jones Forest Municipal School District Business Manager
