About this file

This is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) issued by the State of Utah Division of Purchasing and the State of Utah Department of Corrections for the Central Utah Correctional Facility (CUCF). The solicitation (MG22-46) seeks to procure three x-ray machines with associated delivery and installation services. The bid was opened on 4/27/2022 and closed on 5/5/2022 at 2:00 PM MDT, with the intention to award a contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The contract will be executed as a purchase order, with a required delivery deadline of June 30, 2022.

The bid requires vendors to provide pricing for three distinct line items: the x-ray machines themselves (not including delivery or installation), delivery to the Central Utah Correctional Facility, and installation of the machines. Bidders must meet several mandatory minimum requirements, including the ability to install the machines, deliver them by the specified date, and ensure the machines meet the attached specifications. Additional requirements include compliance with state procurement regulations, certification of no boycotts against Israel, and adherence to federal regulations regarding telecommunication equipment. The solicitation is funded through state procurement processes, with potential for additional legislative appropriations.
