About this file
This document is an Invitation to Bid (ITB) issued by the Oregon Parks and Recreation Department (OPRD) for HVAC Maintenance Services for Lake Owyhee State Park. OPRD is seeking a contractor to provide annual and on-call maintenance services on two ductless HVAC units in the main residence site and one gas furnace and one exterior air conditioner unit at Lake Owyhee State Park. The initial contract term is 3 years with an option to renew. Offers are due by March 21, 2024 at 1:00 PM Pacific Time, and OPRD intends to award one contract as a result of this solicitation.
The ITB specifies pricing requirements, including separate pricing for annual maintenance services, on-call services such as troubleshooting and repair, and travel costs. Due to the remote location of the park, OPRD is allowing inclusive costs for a single round trip for transportation, lodging, and mileage. The solicitation does not mention any set-asides, incumbents, or funding sources, but states that the contract will be awarded to the offeror whose offer will best serve the interests of OPRD, taking into account price as well as other considerations.
