About this file
The provided document is an Information Letter and Addendum 1 issued by the California Department of Water Resources (DWR), Division of Engineering, for Request for Qualifications (RFQ) No. 10201420 for Northern California On-Call Stormwater and Construction Permitting services. The RFQ seeks to award a single contract for engineering and environmental services to support National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permitting, compliance with the California State Water Resources Control Board Construction General Permit, and general stormwater protection for projects in Northern California. The RFQ identifies the estimated contract value as between $500,000 to $1,000,000. The document provides responses to questions received, including clarification that this is a new solicitation with no incumbent contractor. It also includes an addendum revising the interview dates and organizational chart requirements.
The document indicates the geographical extent of the projects will cover the Delta Field Division and northern regions of the state, with specific locations identified in each task order. The pre-SOQ conference attendee list is also provided as an attachment.
