About this file
This document is a New York State Office of General Services (OGS) Procurement Services "How to Use" guide for Group 10200 – Award 23353, a statewide contract for Distribution of Vaccines Including Influenza Vaccines. The contract is a piggyback contract resulting from an MMCAP Infuse (Minnesota Multistate Contracting Alliance for Pharmacy) Request for Proposal, with FFF Enterprises, Inc. as the primary contractor. The contract is available to New York State agencies and other eligible political subdivisions and organizations authorized by New York State law.
The contract provides distribution services for general and seasonal influenza vaccines, with specific ordering and return guidelines. Influenza vaccine prebook orders can be placed from January to March for delivery between July and October. There are no minimum order requirements and no shipping fees. Pricing is based on MMCAP Infuse manufacturer contract pricing, with fixed pricing for influenza vaccines and variable pricing for routine vaccines. Return policies vary by manufacturer, with most allowing up to 15% of doses to be returned. Payment terms include 2% discount if paid within 30 days, with net 60 days for influenza vaccines and net 30 for routine vaccines. The contract allows state agencies to purchase from alternative sources if the products are substantially similar and more cost-effective, with the requirement to give the contractor an opportunity to match pricing.
