The project involves comprehensive demolition and site restoration, including the removal of a 1,862 square foot house, hazardous material abatement, curb and sidewalk replacement, and landscaping modifications. Specific requirements include abating hazardous materials in compliance with MIOSHA and DEQ regulations, compacting backfill material, removing and replacing curbs, sidewalks, and entry approaches, and managing water and sewer service considerations.
The demolition project includes additional site preparation and restoration tasks such as complete vegetation removal, planting two 2-inch caliper Japanese Lilac trees, removing asphalt and fencing, and regrading the entire site to ensure smooth elevation transitions.
