4. STORAGE, MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR

All vessel storage categories are specified in the Price Schedule and Statement of Work

All other repairs must be ordered under a separate contractual arrangement.

5. ESTIMATED QUANTITIES

Actual quantities required under this contract are unknown. The quantities will vary according to the operational requirement of the U.S. Marshals Service. Contractors performing on service contracts in excess of $2,500 to which no predecessor contractor’s collective bargaining agreement applies shall pay their employees at least the wages and fringe benefits found by the Department of Labor to prevail in the locality or, in the absence of a wage determination, the minimum wage set forth in the Fair Labor Standards Act.

7. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE

The contract term commences on the date of award and continues for twelve (12) calendar months from the date of award. There are four (4) twelve (12) month option periods that may be exercised by the government unilaterally. The Government may extend the contract for up to six months under FAR 52.217-8.
