About this file

This document is a federal contract form template for identifying local area concerns within a half-mile radius of a proposed Residential Reentry Center (RRC) site. The template requires the offeror to document nearby facilities that might raise public concern, including schools, day-care centers, historical landmarks, and residential facilities.

The form provides a structured table for the offeror to complete, capturing three key pieces of information for each nearby establishment: the business name and address, the distance from the proposed site, and the offeror's narrative concerning possible opposition near the proposed site. The document is part of a solicitation (15BRRC25R00000021) by the Department of Justice Bureau of Prisons for Residential Reentry Services in Albuquerque, New Mexico, with a home confinement radius within 200 miles of the RRC facility.
