Specific product quantities include 25 units of N1C.L2200 UPS systems, 25 units of N1C.L3000G UPS systems, 50 network cards (N1C.LiSNMP), 25 Eaton Tripp Lite UPS 5PX3000HRTG2 units, 25 Eaton network cards, 25 two-post rack mount install kits, and 100 C14 to C15 power cables (10 feet). The RFP was released on March 5, 2026, with a question deadline of March 19, 2026 at 2:00 PM and a final proposal submission deadline of April 1, 2026 at 2:00 PM via the Bonfire portal. All proposals must include pricing for three specified hardware models. The contract period for non-recurring services runs from April 1, 2026 through December 31, 2027, with allowance for up to 36 months of extension and SPIN changes if timeline requirements cannot be met.

Pricing must be submitted in Excel format with itemized unit costs for hardware, software, accessories, cabling, and labor, clearly identifying E-rate eligible and ineligible costs. Service providers must complete and sign multiple required forms including the Service Provider Qualification Form, Service Provider Assurance Form, and certifications regarding prevailing wage compliance, suspension and debarment status, and Washington State public works requirements. The contract is contingent upon approved E-rate funding and final approval of the District's fiscal budget and school board confirmation. Service providers must offer the lowest corresponding price charged to similarly situated non-residential customers and agree to provide installation, testing, administrator training, and asset tagging services. The District reserves the right to make awards to single or multiple vendors based on the most advantageous combination of pricing, service, and product availability, with evaluation weighted 100 percent on pricing. Master contract pricing is permitted if disclosed on the proposal submission.
