About this file

This file contains solicitation builder forms and bid requirements for the Clayton County Water Authority (CCWA) in Georgia for a uniforms annual contract. The solicitation requires bidders to submit at least three references from separate, independent entities with similar experience within the past five years, with each reference including a contact person, address, and phone number. The CCWA is seeking an experienced vendor to provide quality uniforms with competitive pricing and excellent customer service, with the desired vendor capable of customizing an online portal exclusively for CCWA employees to order uniforms at any time with direct shipment to specified addresses. The file does not specify project timelines, response dates, due dates, site visits, bidder meetings, award dates, or contract terms and renewal options.

The document establishes compliance requirements under the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act of 2006 (O.C.G.A. 13-10-91), requiring contractors to register with and participate in the federal E-Verify program if they employ eleven or more employees. Contractors with fewer than eleven employees must provide copies of state-issued identification. All bidders must submit a signed and notarized Contractor Affidavit and Agreement Form before contract award or purchase order issuance. The file also requires submission of a Non-Collusion Certificate and, if applicable, a Certification of Absence of Conflict of Interest. The document does not provide information regarding pricing terms, set-asides, incumbents, funding sources, or contract amounts.
