About this file
This document is an Attachment for Price Increase Percentages from the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT), associated with Solicitation No. BPM006654. The attachment is designed for potential contract offerors to specify maximum price increase percentages for potential contract renewal periods.
The document outlines a structured pricing mechanism for four potential renewal periods, with progressively increasing maximum percentage increases: 5% for the first renewal, 10% for the second, 15% for the third, and 20% for the fourth renewal period. All percentage increases are calculated against the original contract price, and ADOT emphasizes that price increases are not automatically granted. Offerors must provide documentation justifying any requested price increase at the time of renewal. The attachment serves as a transparent mechanism for potential price adjustments while maintaining fiscal accountability, with the maximum increases predetermined and calculated consistently across the contract's potential extension periods.
