The quote must be submitted electronically via the Euna Portal prior to the official closing date and time. The quote period for acceptance is 90 calendar days following the opening date. Freight and all delivery charges must be included in the unit price, and the City is exempt from Federal Excise and State Sales Tax. Vendors must submit a Form W-9, complete a Conflict of Interest Questionnaire, and provide responses to a Technical Questionnaire that includes product identification, warranty information (including coverage for electronic components, parts, and labor), training programs, technical support and diagnostics availability, and optional lease-to-purchase terms. The document does not specify funding amounts or sources.
