About this file
This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued by Rochester Public Schools' Purchasing Department for health office supplies to be provided district-wide for the 2026-2027 fiscal year. The RFQ was released on April 3, 2026, with a submission deadline of April 23, 2026. Proposals must be submitted through the Euna Procurement Portal. The District seeks to establish a one-year contract beginning July 1, 2026, and ending June 30, 2027, with potential for renewal at the District's discretion. Vendors must have been actively operating in the health and/or related product industry for a minimum of three years prior to proposal submission. No specific item quantities are listed in the RFQ summary provided; detailed product specifications and quantities are referenced in Attachment A.
All quoted prices must be firm for the entire contract period and include shipping and handling costs (FOB delivered), with no price adjustments permitted during the initial contract year. Vendors must provide next-day to 48-hour delivery to all District sites under normal circumstances and maintain a product shelf life of at least six months from delivery date. The District requires comprehensive product lists including safety features, chemical composition, and Material Safety Data Sheets prior to contract award. Contracts will be awarded on a line-item basis to the lowest responsible bidder(s) based on overall ability to meet all specified criteria, not price alone. Vendors must submit a completed Assurance of Compliance form with their proposal. The District reserves the right to terminate the contract without cause with thirty days' written notice and may negotiate final contract terms or withdraw offers if mutually acceptable terms cannot be reached.
