About this file

This is a Request for Bid (RFB) document issued by the State of Utah for the Scottsdale Subdivision Parts contract (26A), seeking qualified contractors to supply and deliver waterworks parts and supplies. The RFB outlines the procurement process for obtaining materials necessary for waterworks operations and maintenance within the Scottsdale Subdivision area. Specific item quantities, detailed specifications, and delivery requirements are delineated within the document to ensure vendors understand the scope of materials needed and delivery expectations. The solicitation includes designated response and submission deadlines, with bid evaluations conducted according to established criteria to determine the most qualified and cost-effective vendor for award consideration.

The pricing structure for this procurement follows competitive bidding standards, with vendors required to submit detailed cost proposals for the specified waterworks parts and supplies. The contract award will be made to the responsive bidder offering the best value to the state, and the resulting agreement will establish the terms for material delivery, quality standards, and payment conditions. Additional provisions address performance requirements, insurance obligations, and compliance with applicable state and local regulations governing waterworks procurement and vendor operations.
