About this file
This document includes a purchase description for a digital theodolite and the related federal contract opportunity solicitation. The purchase description outlines the technical and performance requirements for the digital theodolite, including an operating range of 360 degrees in both elevation and azimuth with a resolution of 0.1 arc-seconds or better. It also specifies functional requirements for features like reticles, leveling feet, and digital display. The related solicitation seeks offers for the digital theodolite with standard commercial warranty, manual, calibration certificate, and failure summary report. Offers must be submitted electronically to DoD SAFE by April 10, 2023 and the Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center intends to award a firm fixed price contract under simplified acquisition procedures.
