This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by the State of Delaware for the JP Court 4 Lobby Expansion project. The project encompasses the demolition of existing concrete sidewalk, entry canopy, brick veneer, roofing materials, dormers, toilet rooms, finishes, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, followed by construction of a new 900 square foot addition. The RFP outlines the scope of work for this renovation and expansion project, which requires qualified contractors to submit proposals for construction services. Specific response deadlines, site visit opportunities, bidder conference details, and contract award timelines are established within the RFP document to guide the solicitation process.
The pricing terms, funding sources, and financial requirements for the JP Court 4 Lobby Expansion project are detailed in the RFP. Contractors are expected to provide comprehensive cost estimates for both demolition and new construction phases of the project. The proposal should include all labor, materials, equipment, and contingencies necessary to complete the work in accordance with project specifications and applicable Delaware building codes and ADA requirements. Additional information regarding payment schedules, retainage provisions, performance bonding, and any applicable set-asides or preferences is contained within the RFP documentation.
