About this file
This is a Non-Collusive Bidding Certification document required for submission with a bid to Hudson Valley Community College in New York for an OSHA-10 Instructor contract to deliver OSHA-10 for General Industry Training. By executing this certification, bidders attest under penalty of perjury that they have arrived at their bid prices independently without collusion, consultation, communication, or agreement with other bidders or competitors for the purpose of restricting competition. Bidders further certify that they have not disclosed and will not disclose their quoted prices to any other bidder or competitor prior to bid opening, and that no attempts have been made to induce any other person, partnership, or corporation to submit or withhold a bid for the purpose of restricting competition.
The certification requires bidders to provide their printed name, signature, title, corporation name, Federal ID number, and date of submission. This document serves as a mandatory compliance requirement to ensure fair and open bidding practices and to maintain the integrity of the procurement process for the state and local contract opportunity.
