About this file

This Request for Proposal (RFP) document is issued by Metro Water for the procurement of uniforms and related apparel for Fiscal Year 2027. The RFP seeks qualified suppliers to provide a comprehensive clothing catalog with associated pricing that includes all applicable charges for sizing, shipping, embroidery, and screen printing services. The supplier must offer clothing options across multiple brands, fabrics, colors, and sizes to accommodate the diverse needs of Metro Water personnel. Logo customization options must be available through embroidery, screen printing, or both methods. The RFP does not specify quantities of individual items or total units required, suggesting that pricing is being solicited on a catalog basis for future ordering flexibility.

The pricing submission must be comprehensive and transparent, itemizing all charges related to garment options, customization services, and fulfillment logistics. No specific information regarding set-asides, incumbent contractors, contract term length, renewal options, or funding sources is detailed in the available RFP documentation. The procurement is structured to allow Metro Water to evaluate suppliers' product range, pricing competitiveness, and service capabilities to establish a vendor relationship for uniform provisioning during the FY27 period.
