About this file
This is a Statement of Interest and Qualifications document issued by the Washington County School District in Utah seeking qualified vendors to coordinate mobile flu shot clinics for the 2026-2027 flu shot season. The district intends to establish a list of qualified vendors to deliver on-site flu vaccination clinics at various locations throughout the district. Clinics will be offered to district employees and eligible dependents currently receiving district benefits. Vendors must coordinate with building administrators on mutually agreed-upon dates and are responsible for processing all claims through EMI Health, the district's current medical insurance provider. The contract term is one year with services to be provided by qualified vendors authorized to administer flu shots.
Respondents must submit statements of interest and qualifications that include appropriate staff credentials, the minimum and maximum number of vaccines required for on-site clinics, a list of any supplies or facilities the district must provide (such as room size, tables, and chairs), and any geographic or operational hour limitations on the vendor's ability to deliver clinics. Pricing information must not be included in qualification submissions. This RFSQ is a professional services procurement conducted by the Business Department of the Washington County School District to establish a vendor roster for the upcoming flu season.
