About this file

This is an E-Verify Agreement form required by the Special Administrative Board of the Transitional School District of the City of St. Louis (d/b/a St. Louis Public School System) for vendors bidding on the "Euclid" Demolition Existing Structures and Site Restoration project in Missouri. The agreement mandates that all vendors provide comprehensive demolition and site restoration services at a former school site, including labor, supervision, equipment, materials, permitting, environmental compliance, structural demolition, foundation removal, debris disposal, and full site restoration to safe and properly graded conditions compliant with federal, state, and local regulations.

The E-Verify Agreement requires vendors to execute a Federal Work Authorization Program Affidavit, affirm enrollment and active participation in the E-Verify work authorization program, certify non-employment of unauthorized aliens, and provide documentation of E-Verify participation prior to or concurrent with contract execution. Vendors must notify the District of any cessation of E-Verify participation or allegations of violations under Missouri Revised Statute 285.530, comply with all related state and federal regulations, and acknowledge that failure to meet these requirements constitutes material breach of contract. All authorized company representatives must sign and date the agreement form.
