About this file

This document is a Statement of Work for the repair and calibration of three bore sight telescopes used in the bore sight alignment process for various weapon systems. The vendor must repair the telescopes to "like-new" condition, using only new OEM parts or certified replacements. The telescopes must be capable of accurately performing the bore sight alignment procedure per the OEM specifications and carry a one-year warranty. The scope is limited to three telescopes, with a delivery time not to exceed four weeks. The telescopes must be calibrated annually, with Telescope #2 calibrated first, followed by Telescope #1 six months later. The contractor is responsible for return shipment of the telescopes to the Anniston Army Depot. This is a sole source procurement to Warren-Knight Instrument Co. for the repair and calibration service.
