The project involves furnishing equipment, materials, and personnel to prepare and pave 1.2 miles of Forest Service Road 22N94, applying 2" of compacted TYPE II hot-mix asphalt concrete on a travel way ranging from 16 to 20 feet wide. The work is necessitated by substantial rainfall and debris flows in the North Complex fire scar that caused multiple road failures.

Key project specifics include a targeted start date of September 2025, with a 120-calendar-day performance period. The project is located near Feather Falls, CA, with specific GPS coordinates provided. Work restrictions include non-holiday weekdays from 0700-1900, archaeological monitoring requirements, and specific sediment control and debris disposal guidelines. The contractor must possess California road repair licenses, provide weekly progress reports, submit a safety plan, and have a qualified site superintendent present during all work activities. The estimated project value falls between $500,000 and $1,000,000, and it is designated as a total small business set-aside.
