PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT FOR

360th Recruiting Group, Building 54M, New Cumberland, PA 17070

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES:

This Performance Work Statement (PWS) defines the requirements for a fully virtual tutoring program aimed at improving Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) scores for United States Air Force applicants. The objective is to enhance Armed Forces Qualification Test (AFQT) scores to a minimum of 50 and achieve specific line scores: Mechanical (47), Administrative (65), General (55), and Electrical (70). This program also seeks to maximize enrollments while selecting contractors based on technical capabilities (AFQT and line score improvement) and cost-effectiveness measured by price per enrollment.

Technical Review - The contractor MUST have a proven history of successful ASVAB tutoring, and specially provide proof of success for ASVAB AFQT and line score improvement to include Mechanical, Administrative, General, and Electircal areas. An example would be to prove that in your program, you helped raise AFQT and line scores for over 85% of your enrolled members.

The contractor MUST allow free re-enrollment into the program after tutoring participation if the enrolled member fails to reach the desired ASVAB AFQT and line score targets. The AFQT desired target is 50, with meeting at least one of the desired line scores for the Air Force of M47, A65, G55, and E70. The free re-enrollment will continue until the member meets the scores outlined above.

Below is a table we will use for technical review purposes. We are evaluating the increase in ASVAB performance post program, total percentage of enrollments vs meeting our desired line score and AFQT targets, for the best price per enrollment. Include in your proposal the number of individuals that have been enrolled in your program, the percentage of those who have achieved our desired line scores, and proposed cost per enrollment.
