About this file
This document is a justification for other than full and open competition for a contract award. The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs, U.S. Embassy Kyiv, Ukraine required the delivery of IR thermal vision devices on an urgent basis to support upcoming rollouts. Thermal Vision Technologies, LLC was able to partially ship the required thermal devices upon availability to meet this urgency. The contracting office determined Thermal Vision Technologies' unique ability to partially ship and the urgent need made full and open competition impracticable. The contract was awarded on March 12, 2022 for $592,120 to Thermal Vizhn Tekhnolodzhys, TOV to fulfill the requirement.
