Bidders must meet specific compliance requirements including Colorado Secretary of State registration, background check clearance for all personnel, compliance with Section 3.A Accessibility Requirements, and submission of all exhibits A through G. Vendors must also disclose any prior contract defaults or terminations for cause within the last five years and any litigation against the State of Colorado.
