About this file

This is an Offeror Checklist that outlines the required submission documents and procedures for responding to an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The document specifies that all bids must include the IFB number and title in the submission and must be delivered to bidnetdirect.com. Bidders are required to submit four mandatory exhibits with their proposals: Exhibit B (Offeror Information), which must be signed in ink or electronically; Exhibit C (W-9 Request for Taxpayer ID Number), completed and returned; Exhibit D (Price Bid); and Exhibit E (Offeror Disclosure Statement). The checklist additionally directs offerors to review all remaining exhibits and attachments associated with the IFB.

The document does not contain specific information regarding project scope, pricing terms, contract duration, award dates, site visits, or bidders' conferences. As a checklist document, it serves primarily as a compliance tool to ensure bidders submit all required documentation in the correct format and through the designated submission portal.
