About this file
This Limited-Sources Justification (LSJ) document details a federal contract for integration, configuration management, and travel-related services from Concur Technologies, Inc. The Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) intends to award a contract with a total estimated value of $60,243.84, covering a base period and one option period through the Multiple-Award Schedule Program. The justification for sole source procurement is based on Concur being the only vendor approved by DHS and reserved by GSA for ETS2 vendors, with FEMA citing significant implementation costs and time constraints associated with switching to an alternative vendor like CWTSatoTravel. The contract includes line items for integration, supplemental travel services, TMC hotel and ticket reporting, refund reporting, and configuration management, with pricing ranging from approximately $2,900 to $14,600 per line item.
