About this file
This Request for Information (RFI) is issued by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) to conduct market research for credential card paper and secure holders/wallets. The RFI seeks potential vendors who can provide 10,000 credential card papers (with 2 cards per page) and 10,000 secure holders/wallets with 20,000 clear laminate pouches, with optional capacity for an additional 30,000 of each. Specific requirements include single-core perforated credential card paper measuring 2.5" x 4.25", blank card fronts, and specific back-side text warnings, as well as black secure holders/wallets with two clear laminate pouches per holder and a custom DHS seal printed in invisible UV ink.
Vendors must submit responses via email to Marland Clark and Caden Haney by May 23, 2025 at 12:00 pm EST, with submissions limited to 10 pages and including a cover letter with company details, SAM registration status, contact information, and procurement vehicle listings. The RFI emphasizes that this is purely a market research effort, not a commitment to issue a solicitation, and respondents will not be reimbursed for response costs. The government is considering NAICS code 322220 for this requirement and seeks information about vendors' capabilities to meet the specified credential card and holder specifications on an ad hoc delivery basis.
