About this file

This is a Cost Proposal spreadsheet for RFP #26-006 issued by Tarrant County College District (TCCD) in Texas for Inbound Financial Aid Call Center Services. The RFP seeks qualified vendors with demonstrated experience in higher education environments to provide responsive, accurate, secure, and compliant support for student financial aid inquiries across a multi-campus college environment. Vendors are required to submit comprehensive annual pricing for an initial two-year term, with options for up to three additional renewal years, plus a potential three-month month-to-month extension period. All pricing must be submitted in U.S. dollars using the designated yellow input cells in the cost proposal template.

Annual pricing must be provided separately for Year 1 and Year 2 of the Initial Term, followed by pricing for Optional Renewal Years 1, 2, and 3. Vendors must also include any one-time implementation or setup fees if applicable. All annual pricing should encompass labor, management, software and system access, training, reporting, and all other costs required to perform the described services. The cost proposal includes automatic calculation of totals for one-time fees, initial term costs, optional renewal totals, potential extension costs, and a grand total including all options. Vendors must certify that submitted pricing is complete and includes all necessary costs to provide the required services, with authorization by an authorized representative.
