About this file

This document is an attachment related to a state contract for automotive parts and repair services, specifically for medium and heavy-duty vehicles, issued by the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT). The contract is solicited under Solicitation No. BPM006654 and is available through the Arizona state procurement website.

The attachment outlines the maximum percentage increases allowed for contract renewals across four potential option periods. The vendor can request price increases of 3% for the first renewal, 6% for the second, 9% for the third, and 12% for the fourth renewal period. Critically, these percentage increases are calculated against the original contract price, and ADOT does not automatically grant increases. Any requested price adjustment requires documentation justifying the need at the time of renewal. The contract emphasizes that if no increase percentage is specified, prices will remain the same as the original contract term.
