About this file
This is a Combined Certifications for Contracting document issued by the City of Little Rock, Arkansas Finance Procurement Department, establishing mandatory certification requirements for vendors conducting business with the city. The document outlines three principal certification requirements that apply based on contract value thresholds: vendors entering contracts valued at $1,000 or greater must certify they are not engaged in a boycott of Israel; vendors entering contracts valued at $25,000 or greater must certify they do not knowingly employ or contract with illegal immigrants; and vendors entering contracts valued at $75,000 or greater must certify they are not engaged in and will not engage in a boycott of Energy, Fossil Fuel, Firearms, or Ammunition Industries. By executing this form, contractors affirm compliance with all applicable certification requirements corresponding to their contract value.
The certification document serves as a prerequisite for contract award and requires vendor signature and date authentication. Contractors must complete the vendor name and supplier/vendor number fields and acknowledge their commitment to the specified restrictions for the aggregate term of the contract. This certification is derived from Arkansas Code Annotated sections 25-1-503, 19-11-105, and 25-1-1102, reflecting state-level compliance mandates. The document does not address specific pricing, set-asides, or funding information but represents a mandatory compliance checkpoint within the City of Little Rock's contracting process.
