About this file
This document is a Combined Certifications Form for Contracting with the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, specifically addressing legal requirements for vendors and contractors. The form outlines three key certification requirements for contracts at different monetary thresholds: (1) Israel Boycott Restriction for contracts $1,000 or greater, (2) Illegal Immigrant Restriction for contracts $25,000 or greater, and (3) Energy, Fossil Fuel, Firearms, and Ammunition Industries Boycott Restriction for contracts $75,000 or greater.
The certification requires vendors to confirm they are not currently engaged in and will not participate in boycotts of Israel, employing illegal immigrants, or boycotting Energy, Fossil Fuel, Firearms, or Ammunition Industries during the contract term. The document provides a standard form for vendors to sign, acknowledging compliance with Arkansas state laws (specifically Arkansas Code Annotated sections 25-1-503, 19-11-105, and 25-1-1102). The form includes spaces for the vendor's name, CLR Supplier/Vendor Number, signature, and date of signing.
