About this file
This document is a Combined Certifications form for contracting with the City of Little Rock, Arkansas. The form outlines three specific certification requirements for vendors and contractors seeking to do business with the city: 1) Israel Boycott Restriction for contracts valued at $1,000 or greater, 2) Illegal Immigrant Restriction for contracts valued at $25,000 or greater, and 3) Energy, Fossil Fuel, Firearms, and Ammunition Industries Boycott Restriction for contracts valued at $75,000 or greater.
By signing this form, contractors must certify that they do not currently and will not during the contract term: boycott Israel, employ illegal immigrants, or boycott Energy, Fossil Fuel, Firearms, or Ammunition Industries. The certification is based on Arkansas state laws (Code Annotated §§ 25-1-503, 19-11-105, and 25-1-1102) and requires vendors to provide written confirmation of compliance. The form includes spaces for the vendor/contractor name, CLR Supplier/Vendor Number, and a signature and date line for official acknowledgment of these requirements.
