About this file

The document is a Combined Certifications form for contracting with the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, specifically addressing legal requirements for vendors and contractors. The form outlines three key certification requirements for contracts of varying monetary thresholds: (1) Israel Boycott Restriction for contracts $1,000 or greater, (2) Illegal Immigrant Restriction for contracts $25,000 or greater, and (3) Energy, Fossil Fuel, Firearms, and Ammunition Industries Boycott Restriction for contracts $75,000 or greater.

The certification requires vendors to verify they are not currently engaged in and will not participate in boycotts of Israel, do not employ illegal immigrants, and do not boycott Energy, Fossil Fuel, Firearms, or Ammunition Industries during the contract term. The document provides a signature space for vendors to attest to these certifications, referencing specific Arkansas Code Annotated sections that mandate these restrictions. Vendors must complete this form as part of the contracting process with the City of Little Rock, with the requirements varying based on the contract's total value.
