About this file

This is a Bid Bond form for the Village at Berwyn Pedestrian Improvements project in Easttown Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania. The bid bond must equal 10% of the total contract bid price and must be issued by a surety licensed in Pennsylvania. All bidders must comply with the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act and pay workers the prevailing minimum wage rates established by the Pennsylvania Secretary of Labor. The bid documents, specifications, and construction plans are available electronically at no cost via PennBid. Easttown Township reserves the right to waive minor informalities or reject any or all bids. The project requires submission of mandatory forms including a Non-Collusion Affidavit, Form of Guaranty, Public Works Employment Verification Form, and Worker Protection Form.
