PK-12 instruction in 161 schools to over 67,000 dependents of military and civilian employees. DoDEA's curriculum, resources and student achievement scores on standardized assessments compare favorably to those of high-performing US public school systems. Student enrollment is based primarily on deployment of military troops worldwide. In the Americas, DoDEA operates 50 schools located in seven states, Puerto Rico, and Cuba.

In Europe and the Middle East, DoDEA operates 64 schools located in Germany, England, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Turkey, Bahrain, and Italy. In the Pacific, DoDEA operates 46 schools located in Korea, Japan

1.2 Background: The requirement is for students receiving individualized education program (IEP) mandated services requiring the services of a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA). Additional students requiring these specialized services that are not currently enrolled may be added during the period of performance of the contract.

1.3 Scope of Work: DoDEA requires a highly structured, multi-disciplinary educational setting for each student that addresses his/her mandated IEP goals. The setting shall include specially designed instruction often with an emphasis in behavioral management. The target schools are Diamond Elementary, Murray Elementary, and Kessler Elementary. The period of performance is for a two-month base period from May 1-June 30, 2025 and a 12-month option from July 1, 2025-June 30, 2026. There is some flexibility in the work schedule;

however, DoDEA requires one day per week at each school and seven hours per day—21 hours per week.

During the extended school year (summer school) DoDEA requires four hours per school per day—12 hours per week. In the two-month base year, the estimated total hours are 178; in the 12-month option period, the estimated total hours are 804.
