About this file
This document is an attachment related to a state contract for automotive parts and repair for medium and heavy duty vehicles, specifically for the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT). The document appears to be part of a solicitation (No. BPM006654) available through the Arizona state procurement system.
The attachment outlines the maximum price increase percentages allowed during contract renewal periods. Specifically, the contract permits incremental price increases of 7% in the first renewal period, 14% in the second, 21% in the third, and 28% in the fourth renewal period, all calculated against the original contract price. The state emphasizes that price increases are not automatic and require documentation of need at the time of renewal. Vendors must specify their requested maximum increase percentages, with the understanding that if no increase is specified, prices will remain the same as the original contract term.
