The district invites providers to submit resources for single or multiple grade levels, with separate proposals required for each set of materials. Written questions must be submitted by December 1, 2025, by 10:00 AM ET, with responses posted by December 3, 2025. RFI responses are due by December 9, 2025, by 3:00 PM ET through the CCSD Euna Procurement Interactive Portal. Physical samples (two teacher editions and two student editions) and digital access must arrive by January 12, 2026, by 2:00 PM ET, with digital access maintained through January 30, 2026. The district reserves the right to conduct provider interviews during evaluation and is not obligated to issue future solicitations based on this RFI.
Responses will be evaluated based on completeness, instructional alignment, accessibility, and compatibility with district systems, including alignment with AP College Board frameworks, support for differentiation (English learners, students with disabilities, advanced learners), formative and summative assessments, and teacher supports such as lesson plans and pacing guides. Digital materials must comply with specific technical requirements including WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards, HTML5 development without Flash dependencies, device and browser compatibility, Single Sign-On support through Microsoft Entra ID or Clever, IMS Global OneRoster standards compliance, and FERPA, COPPA, and Georgia state data privacy law requirements. No pricing information is disclosed in this RFI document. This is an informational-gathering phase that does not constitute a scoring or award process and does not bind CCSD to solicit bids or proposals in the future. All submissions must be made through the CCSD Euna Procurement Interactive Portal; responses submitted through other channels will not be considered.
