STATEMENT OF WORK
Bureau of Indian Affairs - Office of Justice Services
Assistant Secretary of Indian Affairs, Office of Self-Governance
Mini-Split A/C Replacement
I. BACKGROUND
Fort Vancouver Building 728 is occupied by the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Office of Justice Services, District VIII (BIA/OJS) and Assistant Secretary of Indian Affairs, Office of Self-Governance (ASIA/OSG).
The current mini-split unit has run the course of its life span, and a replacement is needed to maintain the appropriate temperature for the building servicing the IT server. Building 728 is located on the Fort Vancouver grounds. All services are to be provided at this location. The physical address is:

II. SCOPE OF WORK
The Contractor shall provide all materials, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, and labor required to repair deficiencies as stated in the Scope of Work. The contractor is responsible for all costs associated with this project, including all travel, per-diem, and the disposal of all waste generated by this project. The contractor is responsible for all permits and compliance inspections, to perform the work as indicated in paragraph 2.1.
2.1 Tasks
a. Disconnect, remove and dispose of the currently installed heat pump-A/C unit. Install one (1) new heat pump-A/C unit with one (1) indoor wall-mounted unit in the existing location.

Upon completion of work, there will be a new heat pump/AC unit installed.
III. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE
Installation must be performed over a single working day between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm, and scheduled in advance with the Point of Contact to minimize disruption of services at the building.
