About this file
This is a procurement portal instruction document for the City of Charlotte, North Carolina, providing guidance for vendors submitting responses to solicitations, including the CATS Bus Brakes and Suspension Parts contract opportunity. The Bus Operations Division seeks a supplier to provide brake and suspension parts for a five-year term. All solicitation questions must be submitted electronically through the Vendor Discussions section on the Bonfire portal at https://charlottenc.bonfirehub.com. Submissions must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized prior to the posted due date, with the City strongly recommending vendors allow at least one week before the deadline to complete the submission process, as uploading large documents may require significant time depending on file size and internet connection speed.

Vendors requiring technical support may access Bonfire's help forum at https://vendorsupport.gobonfire.com/hc/en-us, contact the support team at Support@GoBonfire.com, or call 1-800-354-8010. No specific pricing terms, set-asides, funding amounts, or incumbent information is detailed in this instructional document.
