Contractors must provide their work schedule at least 48 hours in advance to school administration, with a preference for late summer or early fall refresh work if possible. Quotes are due by 2:00 PM on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, and may be submitted electronically through the Botetourt County Procurement Portal (Bonfire) or by email to purchasing@botetourtva.gov. The award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible contractor meeting the specifications.
