About this file
This is a Non-Collusion Bidding Certification form for the Cherokee County School District (CCSD) in Georgia related to an RFP for Student Support Contracted Nursing Services. The certification requires all bidders to confirm that bid prices have been developed independently without collusion, consultation, communication, or agreement with competing bidders. Bidders must also certify that they have not disclosed their pricing to competitors prior to bid opening and have not attempted to induce other entities to submit or withhold bids for the purpose of restricting competition.
The document emphasizes that collusive bidding practices constitute a crime subject to prosecution to the fullest extent allowed by law. The certification must be signed by a corporate officer on behalf of the proposing organization, with printed name and title required. The form requires disclosure of the legal name of the proposer and corresponding signatory information. This certification is a standard procurement requirement intended to ensure fair and competitive bidding practices for the district's student support nursing services solicitation, which may result in awards to multiple qualified vendors.
