About this file
This is a solicitation notification issued by the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) for the procurement of HVAC equipment and installation services at the Hilltop Unit in Gatesville, Texas. The solicitation (Bonfire Reference #IW267277) requests bids to establish a purchase order for an HVAC unit package that includes startup and training services. All submissions must be submitted electronically through the Euna Procurement (Bonfire) portal at https://tdcj.bonfirehub.com. Respondents are required to register on the portal to access the solicitation documents and submit their bids. Vendors must ensure their submissions are uploaded, submitted, and finalized before the posted due date, with TDCJ recommending that vendors allow at least one business day for the upload process due to potential file size and internet speed considerations. Questions or requests for additional information must be submitted through the Bonfire portal by specified deadline dates. All amendments and changes will be posted via the Euna Procurement website, and it is the respondent's responsibility to monitor the portal for any posted amendments.
The submission process requires vendors to verify that their completed submission receives a "Submission Complete" status from Euna Procurement and to review the submitted documents for accuracy before the closing date passes. All responses must be successfully submitted before the advertised due date and time; responses received after the closing date will not be accepted. Once the due date has passed, no amendments or corrections to submitted proposals will be permitted. For technical assistance, vendors can contact Euna Procurement at support.bonfire@eunasolutions.com or access their Vendor Knowledgebase. The primary TDCJ procurement contact is Teria Godwin-Pierce, CTCD, who can be reached at Teria.Godwin-Pierce@tdcj.texas.gov.
