APS policy requires that all contractors, consultants, or service providers on APS premises be fingerprinted and undergo a criminal record check iniƟated by APS before providing services to APS. There is a $45 fee (plus a service fee) for background checks. This may be paid in advance using our online Background Check Payment Online payment opƟon. Please keep your digital receipt and proof of payment for your records.

The payment of this fee is the sole responsibility of the contractor, consultant, contractor, or the employing company. Any contract awarded under this solicitaƟon is conƟngent upon compliance with this requirement and APS's determinaƟon of a saƟsfactory background check.
