About this file

This document is a Rate Sheet (Exhibit B-1) for a Physical Fitness Testing (PFT) facility rental contract issued by the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) through Invitation for Bid (IFB) Number C5612877-D, Rebid 1. The contract covers a three-year term from fiscal year 2025-26 to 2027-28, with potential extensions for two additional one-year terms. The solicitation estimates twelve primary PFT days annually, with four optional weekend days and two additional days for unanticipated testing, totaling 18 days per year. The facility location is currently to be determined (TBD), and the contract will be awarded based on the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.

The Rate Sheet presents a pricing structure with zero-dollar placeholders, indicating that actual rates will be competitively bid. The CDCR will initially write the agreement for the total amount covering all three fiscal years, with the potential to add amendments at the department's discretion. The contract's extension is contingent upon contractor performance and fund availability. While no specific pricing is displayed, the document suggests a competitive bidding process for facility rental services specifically designed to support the department's physical fitness testing requirements across multiple fiscal years.
