The contract requires daily, weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, and annual cleaning and maintenance services for office and warehouse spaces, including common areas, restrooms, break rooms, conference rooms, and the warehouse. The services include sweeping, mopping, disinfecting, dusting, vacuuming, and deep cleaning activities. The contract is for a duration of one year, with the option to renew.

The pricing terms and set-asides are not included in this document. This appears to be a standalone cleaning inspection form, separate from the full contract requirements. No additional details are provided about the procurement process, award, or funding sources.
